Here are my recommendations to help get you by in between appointments: Chiropractic, Acupuncture & Dry Needling, Stretching & Yoga, Hot Epsom Salt Bath, Hot Tub, Sauna, Steam Room, & Hot Springs, Meditation, Counseling Therapy, Journaling, Taking A Walk Everyday, Hot Water With Lemon in the Morning & Sleepy Tea in the Evening. At least 8 Hours of Sleep. Always talk to your doctor about all of these options beforehand including Massage Therapy.
